Overview

Nathan Sheeley is committed to guiding clients through the evolving landscape of data privacy and cybersecurity law with a keen understanding of their particular needs. He counsels individuals and corporations on a number of privacy-related matters, including state and federal privacy statutes,  attorney general and Federal Trade Commission rulemaking, commercial diligence, and privacy torts to ensure continuous compliance with the complex web of American and international privacy law.

Nathan is also an active member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals and works diligently to keep clients informed of developments in the ever-changing world of data privacy and cybersecurity.
