Koley Jessen attorneys Chris Estwick and Pete Langdon have been promoted to the position of Shareholder, effective January 1, 2024.

Chris Estwick specializes in advising strategic acquirers, private equity sponsors, and closely-held businesses in middle-market mergers and acquisitions. He guides clients through the intricacies of structuring and closing deals, strategically optimizing both business and legal transactional terms while mitigating risk and achieving their strategic goals. Recognizing his achievements, Chris has been selected as a Super Lawyers® Rising Star for 2022 - 2023. Outside of his professional endeavors, he contributes to the community as the President of the Urban League of Nebraska Board of Directors.
Pete Langdon works with companies in all aspects of employee benefits, including nonqualified deferred compensation, incentive compensation, equity ownership, qualified retirement plans, health and welfare benefits, and general employment law matters. His focus spans the complexities of executive compensation and employment law, offering creative and effective solutions to complex problems on the federal, state, and local levels.
