Koley Jessen represented Kanebridge, LLC, a leading U.S. master distributor of commercial and military-grade fasteners, in its approximately $315 million sale to Hillman Solutions Corp. (Nasdaq: HLMN). The transaction closed on August 28, 2026.

Kanebridge supplies more than 44,000 fastener SKUs to distributors across the U.S. and Canada, giving Hillman its first U.S. master distribution platform in the industrial fastener market.

The Koley Jessen deal team was led by Helmut Brugman, Taylor Cammack, Salome Burdiladze, and Ira Kuehn.
