Koley Jessen Represents Werner Enterprises in $245M Acquisition of FirstFleet, Inc.

Koley Jessen represented Werner Enterprises, Inc. (Nasdaq: WERN), a premier transportation and logistics provider, in its approximately $245 million cash acquisition of privately owned Dedicated trucking company FirstFleet, Inc., establishing Werner as the fifth-largest Dedicated carrier in the United States. In connection with the transaction, Werner will also separately acquire certain real estate properties from FirstFleet.
