Inclusive Communities selected Chastin Bailey as LeadDIVERSITY Advocate

08.17.2022

Chastin Bailey, Director of Talent and Culture at Koley Jessen, has been chosen as an Inclusive Communities’ LeadDIVERSITY Advocate.

LeadDIVERSITY strives to build a network of leaders dedicated to creating localized opportunities and solutions for diversity, equity, and inclusion in the Midwest. LeadDIVERSITY participants (referred to as Advocates) receive exceptional skills training to advance Midwestern workplaces and communities.

The 25 Advocates selected comprise an inclusive sample of the Omaha Metropolitan Area’s diverse community, representing various identity and affinity groups. Since its establishment in 2019, LeadDIVERSITY has graduated over 80 advocates across three cohorts, including Koley Jessen participants, Comran Sharif and Justina Struck.

Koley Jessen President Alex Wolf said, “The firm has benefited immensely from our involvement in this program over the last three years. Our Advocates share the information they learn during the program through regular firm-wide lunch-and-learn meetings. As the Director of Talent and Culture, Chastin already works hand-in-hand with our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Committee to ensure Koley Jessen is at the forefront of the DEI efforts in our community. Her involvement in this program will continue strengthening our efforts in this area.”
