John Barrett handles a wide variety of labor and employment counseling matters. His practice is focused on employment litigation, effectively navigating clients through every stage of civil and administrative disputes.

John has represented clients in various state and federal courts throughout the country in employment-related disputes in the areas of non-competition and non-solicitation agreements, misappropriation of trade secrets, wage and hour laws, and employment discrimination cases. He also routinely counsels clients on compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations. John has handled disputes with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, the National Labor Relations Board, and numerous state counterparts. He also has experience advising federal contractors on compliance with prevailing wage requirements under the Davis-Bacon and McNamara-O’Hara Service Contract Acts, among others. John’s background in labor and employment law gives him a unique insight to assist clients in solving their most pressing issues.
