Koley Jessen advised Repario, a portfolio company of JLL Partners, in its acquisition of UnitedLex. Repario combines human expertise with AI-enabled technology to deliver eDiscovery, Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), managed review, and advisory services to law firms, corporations, and government agencies.

The acquisition adds UnitedLex’s global team of more than 2,000 legal and business professionals, data analysts, technologists, and engineers supporting clients across intellectual property, litigation, legal operations, and other complex matters. Together, the companies create a technology-led legal services company built to apply AI across complex legal workflows at enterprise scale.

The Koley Jessen deal team was led by Helmut Brugman, Taylor Cammack, and Jim Glover, with support from M&A Analyst Luke Jessen.
