Koley Jessen Represents M-One Capital in Strategic Investment in Kipsu

Koley Jessen represented M-One Capital (“M-One”), an Omaha-based private investment firm, in its minority investment in Kipsu, Inc. (“Kipsu”), a Minneapolis-based customer experience technology company serving the hospitality, healthcare, and other service industries.
Recognizing the strength of Kipsu's technology platform and the opportunities within the customer experience market, M-One's investment will support further product innovation, expansion into new markets, and the continued pursuit of strategic acquisition opportunities.
