Andrew Osborn Joins Koley Jessen Banking & Finance Team

Koley Jessen is delighted to welcome Andrew Osborn to the firm's Banking and Finance team.

Andrew's role involves representing financial institutions, investors, and commercial borrowers in a range of complex transactions.

In his current capacity, Andrew takes the lead in guiding clients through intricate financing and corporate governance challenges. He skillfully handles the drafting, negotiation, and review of agreements pertaining to complex financing transactions, and provides comprehensive support throughout the loan process – from initial negotiations to post-closing details.

With a diverse background that extends beyond the legal realm, Andrew's journey includes a notable experience in military intelligence and cybersecurity. His tenure as a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps allowed him to manage privileged access to classified materials and sensitive network data, equipping him to handle the evolving challenges and opportunities in the digital finance sector. He also clerked for Judge Anuradha Vaitheswaran on the Iowa Court of Appeals, gaining valuable insight into the judicial process and enhancing his holistic legal perspective.

Andrew earned his B.A., M.B.A., and J.D. degrees from the University of Iowa, excelling academically while actively participating in various extracurricular activities.
