Dillon Ellis

Dillon Ellis utilizes his diverse legal practice experience to fiercely advocate for his clients’ interests through all phases of litigation.

Dillon is an Omaha-area native and member of Koley Jessen’s litigation department. He has experience handling matters throughout the litigation process, from engaging in pre-litigation discussions, to initiating and responding to lawsuits, conducting discovery, representing clients at mediation, preparing matters for trial, and drafting appellate briefs. His practice philosophy involves collaborating with clients to identify the best possible outcome for the situation, taking into account both legal and business considerations.

Prior to returning to Omaha and joining Koley Jessen, Dillon practiced with a law firm in Chicago, Illinois, where he developed familiarity with a wide variety of practice areas, including: commercial disputes, products liability, premises liability, property damage/subrogation, and insurance coverage.
