Koley Jessen advised Enerpac Tool Group Corp. (NYSE: EPAC) in its approximately $472 million acquisition of Specialized Fabrication Equipment Group LLC (SFE Group).

Headquartered in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Enerpac Tool Group is a global provider of industrial tools, services, technology, and solutions. SFE Group is a global provider of specialized fabrication, welding, portable machining, and material-handling equipment, with a portfolio of 12 established brands.

The acquisition expands Enerpac's portfolio of industrial tool brands, strengthens its capabilities across complementary industrial applications, and increases its exposure to higher-growth end markets and geographies.
