Erin Schroeder is a dedicated and thorough advocate for her clients in all stages of dispute resolution. She also works to ensure clients receive accurate and timely employment law updates that are easy to follow and understand. Erin’s practice focuses primarily on wage and hour, non-discrimination, restrictive covenants, workplace health and safety, benefits, and other employment law issues.
Prior to joining Koley Jessen, Erin’s practice in Greater Nebraska focused on general civil litigation and employment cases. Her litigation experience also includes commercial, personal injury, family law, and workers compensation disputes. She has previously served on the board of Central Nebraska Human Resources and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Nebraska.
