Michael Pirnie’s thoughtfulness and attention to detail are instrumental in the client service he provides landlords, owners, tenants, developers, and investors in real estate and development matters, including the acquisition, sale, development, and leasing of real property.
Michael’s transaction work includes due diligence coordination and review, document drafting (including leases and purchase agreements), and other pre-closing and post-closing matters. He also navigates clients through real estate due diligence in mergers and acquisitions.
Michael studied in China for a year, taught English in Taiwan for a year as a Fulbright Scholarship recipient, and taught in New York City as a member of Teach for America for two years.
